We were initially very reluctant because we have never bought from an online furniture company and not testing it out in person first seemed like a big risk. But we relied on lots of reviews and liked the feel of the color swatches. So we decided to take a chance since the sectional was the exact style we had been looking for, and for an affordable price point. We absolutely love it and are so happy we took the plunge. We receive lots of compliments. Just a heads up, the sectional with chaise is very big. Not a bad thing since we have the space but just something to consider if you have a small living room. Also the chaise has a little bit of sag already but nothing repositioning it doesn’t help with. Just hoping it lasts for a long time. The leather overall is very comfortable and soft!
The Dillon sectional was a surprise, the color and leather are perfect for our home. The piece is very comfortable and the height of the seats very comfortable. We love it and it looks beautiful in our room. Great quality.
I got the L-shaped sectional sofa and the matching chair. The leather is soft and feels like quality, and the cushions are firm and comfortable. I looked at all of the local furniture stores and comparable quality would’ve cost significantly more. I was hesitant to buy online, but this was a great buy for me!
We replaced 2 loveseats with the Dillon sectional with an ottoman in our family room so we can all sit together. The leather is soft and supple so I guess it's subject to a bit of sag but worth it in our book because it's very comfortable. We're all very happy with our new furniture!
