The Hayward set is gorgeous! I ordered the Hayward sofa and chair during the Thanksgiving sale. They arrived in less than two weeks. After seeing and sitting on my comfortable furniture, my sister is now considering purchasing from Hydeline as well. Excellent quality and service.
In case anyone else is concerned about the furniture fitting through their doorway, the sofa and chair legs come detached and are attached at delivery. This reduces the size of the height by about 5 inches on this particular set.
I want to give Hydeline 10 stars but there are only 5 to give, oh well let me tell you why 10 stars are deserved. The ordering process was easy and I was abke to ask questions and get a polite and informative answer. Since I ordered a custom color I didn't really know when to expect delivery. But Hydeline emailed updates. When the furniture was completed Hydeline contacted me by phone and we discussed what day worked best for delivery. The day of delivery I was contacted and told exactly when the truck would show up, and they were on time. The gentlemen were fantastic, asking me to come out tot the truck and confirm my oder. Then they carefully brought out my furniture and took off all the covering and very carefully brought it inside, assembled it and cleaned everything up. This is first class service along with the fact that the couches exceeded my expectations in quality and appearance. I honestly could not be happier. Money very well spent!

When and after I ordered my new sofa online I was concerned about buying a sofa without seeing or sitting on it. However, once it arrived I loved it. It is very well made, it's gorgeous and so comfortable! Quality leather too! I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Hayward leather sofa. Delivery went very smooth with no issues! I'm not sure exactly why it took about 5 months to receive the sofa except it's been a crazy couple years with an epidemic and supply chain crisis so be sure to check on the delivery time and plan accordingly. Very happy customer!
I am very impressed with the quality of the furniture and the service I received during the purchase experience. I wanted good quality and sturdy leather furniture but I did not want to spend a fortune as it is for a room we don’t use that often. After hours of research I decided to go with Hydeline. It was a wonderful surprise to find that the quality is equal or better to that of some companies that were twice the price or more. Yes, there is split leather on non functional areas. But the seating , cushions, arms are really thick top quality leather. Send for a free sample and you’ll be impressed. Very pleased!
